Leek and potato frittata with carrot slaw

Ingredients:
1 x leek and potato frittata
1 x carrot
1 x apple
2 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp lemon juice
salt to season
Method:
Warm up the frittata in the oven.
Grate or shred the carrots and apple.
Combine carrots and apple in a bowl and mix with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt.
Serve alongside warmed frittata.
