Leek and potato frittata with waldorf salad

Ingredients:
1 x leek and potato frittata
2 x sticks of celery
1 x apple
1 handful of walnuts
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
salt to season
Method:
Warm up the frittata in the oven
Slice celery and apple into size thin slices, add walnuts and combine together with mayonnaise, olive oil and vinegar, season to taste to salt.
Serve alongside warned frittata and enjoy.
