Mushroom and spinach frittata with green salad and pesto

Ingredients:
1 x mushroom and spinach frittata
1 handful lettuce leaves
1 handful spinach leaves
2 tblsp pesto
Method:
Warm the frittata
Wash and dry lettuce and spinach leaves.
Add a dollop of pesto in our serving plate, pop your leaves on top and side alongside the warmed frittata.
