Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 x mushroom and spinach frittata

  • 1 handful lettuce leaves

  • 1 handful spinach leaves

  • 2 tblsp pesto

Method:

  1. Warm the frittata

  2. Wash and dry lettuce and spinach leaves.

  3. Add a dollop of pesto in our serving plate, pop your leaves on top and side alongside the warmed frittata.
